Those of you still loyally echoing about our empty forum halls will know that the FOTS Project - a Harvest Moon fangame - has recently taken a shift in direction to becoming its own IP. With this change has come a whole new dimension and freedom to what we can do with a game with laws dictated by us.

The forum will be opening soon, with many media and articles showing off 'Rural', our new videogame venture. Those worried that they'll miss the news need not fret: a mass email will be sent from this forum when it's time. Rest assured, it'll blow your tiny minds.

I'm still around, I check in once in a while, log in even less, and reply almost never.

I actually think that, so far, this project has made more progress in the last few weeks than the entire development of FOTS, which is IMPRESSIVE. We owe thanks to Tal for the help and the great stuff he's been doing with the engines.

It looks great so far!

Oh, don't worry. This about the only new progress that's been posted in months. Rob's been chipping away at the project in every aspect while Tal and I have been trying to come up with some assets to make the game work. I'm not entirely sure Rob was ready to post it, but he wanted to let people know the project is still on.

Oh! I'm so glad I've stuck around for so long! Though I obviously don't check the site very often (hence my late noticing of this), I'm still really excited to see what you've done so far. I'm glad that going in your own direction with this game is working out so well for you, and that the project hasn't died. I'll eagerly look forward to the e-mail (and probably check the forum more often as well).
